Shipping Policy
Orders will be shipped UPS or FEDEX Signature Required. All merchandise will be shipped as soon as we receive it from our manufacturer. Ground shipping charge for a Bridal Gown in the Continental US is $30. Bridesmaid dresses from 1-2 is $15, 2-6 is $30. Dresses can take 6-20 weeks to arrive. 
Accessories are usually shipped within 4-8 weeks. 2nd Day Air shipments are $55. and Overnight delivery is available. Please call Bridal Mart, 336-227-5500, for rates. All express deliveries are shipped out once they arrive from our manufacturer. Please note that our carriers do not ship on weekends, so if a package ships on Friday Overnight, you will not recieve it until Monday. Should you receive the wrong merchandise or if it arrives damaged from shipping, immediately contact us so we can remedy the situation. We will replace damaged or wrongly shipped merchandise as quickly as possible.

International Customers Please Be Aware: All imported items are subject to duty charges from your local customs department. To find out what your duty charge would be, please contact your local customs department in your country. This applies to all orders shipped outside the USA. 

Return Policy
Due to the nature of our business all sales are final. The gowns you order are made for you. An order Cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or changed once it is processed. 

We sell 1st Quality merchandise only, meaning everything is brand new directly from the manufacturer. If you receive your gown with any manufacturers defect contact us immediately and we will replace the gown no questions asked. Bridal Mart can only replace defective merchandise with the same style, size and color item. No refunds will be given. We will take care of any shipping costs incurred for returned items.
