measurements WHICH I HAVE VERIFIED to be
correct and consulting the appropriate manufacturers
size chart WHICH I HAVE SEEN, I acknowledge
that it is totally my responsibility to order the
correct size since wearing different undergarments,
and time can affect measurements.

All special orders
can take approximately 2-16 weeks unless prior
arrangements are made with the manufacturer/designer
and noted in writing below. Shipping dates are APPROXIMATE
and NOT guaranteed.
I authorize Bridal
Mart® to order the above items in the
style numbers, colors and sizes listed above and
agree to the following:
- All sales are
final, there will be no refunds, cancellations
or credits of any kind.
- The purchaser has
consulted the manufactures size chart, agrees to
the sizes being ordered and has not in any way
been influenced to order a particular size by an
employee of Bridal Mart®, and
understands THERE CAN BE NO EXCHANGES FOR SIZE!
- The purchaser has
also consulted the manufacturer's color chart
and assumes the responsibility that the colors
and trims listed above are in fact the correct
colors you wish to purchase.
